ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that 'the petitioners shall stay at Tiruvallur and thereafter sign before the Tiruvallur Town Police Station daily at 09.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. until further orders' imposed in Crl O.P. No.13526 / 2026 dated 22.05.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the said condition imposed by this Court in Crl O.P. No.13526 / 2026 dated 22.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 22-06-2026 MJS
