Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that instead of report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sulur everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm. to report before Judicial Magistrate, Sulur weekly once on same condition imposed by this Honble Court passed in Crl.O.P.No. 15941 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THOMAS T JACOB Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15941 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial court daily at 10.30.a.m. and 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15941 of 2018 dated 25.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the trial Court once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 23/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
