This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioners/landlords against the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority in a parent proceedings.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that, pending revision, the matter has been settled between the parties, and the petitioner has given undertaking to vacate and hand over the possession of the premises on or before 31.01.2020. Hence, he wants to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition, and he has also filed a memo for withdrawal.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner stating that, the matter has been settled between the parties, and the petitioner has given undertaking to vacate and hand over possession of the premises on or before 31.01.2020, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
