These petitions have been filed to direct the learned II Additional Family Judge at Chennai to recall the non-bailable warrant pending against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5 of 2023 in M.C.No.50 of 2021 and Crl.M.P.No.904 of 2022 in M.C.No.50 of 2021 respectively dated 04.02.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent.

3.The relief sought for in these petitions are unsustainable and there are absolutely no merits in these petitions and accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed.
