This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.169 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.169 of 2018 for the offences under Section 147, 342, 294[b], 323 and 506[i] IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.169 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
