This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.166 of 2012.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by one Eswari, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.166 of 2012 on 15.10.2012 for the offences under Section 376, 506[ii], 312, 417 IPC r/w Section 34 IPC and Section 5 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 4.Learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] submitted that investigation in Crime No.166 of 2012 was completed and Charge Sheet was filed on 05.07.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Yanam and that the same was returned on 21.09.2016. 5.However, the respondent Police have not yet re-presented it. The Police is directed to re-present the Charge Sheet within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
