Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10915 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.547 of 2017, order dated 22.09.2017 pending appeal on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.ANANTHA KRISHNA Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition sought to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner while suspending the sentence.

2. It appears from the records that interim suspension of sentence was ordered by this Court for a period of three months on condition to report before the trial Court on every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, also the Registry was directed to call for records and prepare the typed sets.

3. However, till date records not yet received. Hence the sentence is suspended for a further period of three months from 21.12.2017. Also the condition is relaxed to the efffect to report before the trial Court on 3rd Monday of every month. -sd/- 29/01/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
