(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has sought stay of the operation of the order dated 04.02.2012 by which temporary sand mining licence was granted for a period of 45 days. In terms of order dated 20.02.2012, interim order against excavation work was granted. 2.None appears for the private respondent no.4. 3.In our view, the petition has become infructuous as the time period for which the licence was granted has expired long time back.
