Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents particularly the third respondent herein to consider the representation dated 13.09.2019 of the petitioner, conduct appropriate enquiry and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents particularly the third respondent herein to consider the representation dated 13.09.2019 of the petitioner, conduct appropriate enquiry and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2019, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of notice to the counter parties and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
