Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the condition imposed by the court in Crl.O.P.No.237 of 2018 on 10.01.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.237 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJAKANDASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.237 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.237 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
