Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to call for new tender to implement the project of Çonveyance of 150 MLD of product water through pipeline from the desalination plant at Nemmeli on East Coast Road, South of Chennai and upto Pallavaram and all allied works including O&M for 20 years'' within time framed manner.
