This writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to restore the pay of the Petitioner with all consequential benefits and after the completion of the penalty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of withholding of the increments for three years, on the basis of the representation dated 17.09.2019.

2. Mr.M.T.Arunan, the learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the Respondents and submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the 2nd Respondent on the representation dated 17.09.2019 of the Petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation dated 17.09.2019 of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed with the above directions. No costs.
