Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to implement the order of the third respondent, dated 22.10.2021 made in Na.Ka.No.981/2021-A1 by removing the encroachment in S.F.No.357, 365, 366, 483/2 located at Kuppuchipalayam, Punjai Iddaiyar Melmugam Village, Paramathivelur Taluk, Nammakkal District, within time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed to implement the order of the third respondent, dated 22.10.2021 made in Na.Ka.No.981/2021-A1 by removing the encroachment in S.F.No.357, 365, 366, 483/2 located at Kuppuchipalayam, Punjai Iddaiyar Melmugam Village, Paramathivelur Taluk, Nammakkal District, within time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that, to remove the encroachments made in the above said property, action has been initiated by the Executive Officer of the Paramathivellur Special Grade Town Panchayat by issuing notices to the encroachers. He also submitted that, further action would be taken by the officials of the Panchayat along with the officials of the Paramathivellur Taluk office to remove the encroachments made in the subject matter of the property. To that effect, a letter dated 29.08.2024 sent by the Executive officer of the said Panchayat to the Tahsildar of the Paramathivellur Taluk was placed before this court.
3. Recording the above submission made by the the learned Government Advocate, the third respondent is directed to proceed further
action and to remove the encroachments made in the subject matter of the property, within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
