Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam on the first working day of every week until further orders.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions stipulated in the Order in Crl.MP.No.1444 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.1888 of 2025 dated 02.02.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been complied with the order regularly.

3. Taking note of the fact that after the completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed and the Petitioner has been complied with the order that was originally passed dated 18.12.2025 and the modified order dated 02.02.2026, I am inclined to direct " the Petitioner/Appellant to appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till pending disposal of the appeal. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 22-06-2026 VV To
