ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify one of the condition imposed by the Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail in Crl MP No.1217 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023. 2.

Heard M/s.P.Thinesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the following condition imposed by the Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail :- The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent / police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders (for a minimum period of 30 days) and on further condition that he shall make available himself.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that yet another case against the petitioner was registered by Chettipalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District and the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.OP No13943 of 2023 and the petitioner was directed to report before

the Chettipalayam police station daily. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said condition. The petitioner therefore wants to report before the same police station in this case also.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition imposed by the Court below is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Chettipalayam Police Station, Coimbatore District daily at 10.00 am until further orders and the petitioner shall also appear before the respondent police as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is. 5.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modifications.
