This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.05.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for payment of the deferred salary from the month of October 2023 till date.

2.Heard Mr.Rajeswaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner on 27.05.2024 will be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and a decision will be taken within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation dated 27.05.2024 made by the petitioner and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
