ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to call for the records in S.C.No.40 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge Ranipet Camp Court at Arakonnam in Cr.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the respondent and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In this matter, the defacto complainant/ second respondent namely, B.Lavaniya has filed an affidavit stating that she has decided to settle her life and she got married with one Logu and hence, she has decided not to proceed with the case in future. In view of the affidavit filed by B.Lavaniya, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
