Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13896 of 2018 dated 13.06.2018 in Crime No.3 of 2018 viz the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.ESWARA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13896 of 2018 dated 13.06.2016.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is over and the case has been taken up in S.C.No.295 of 2018 on the file of the Mahila Court, Chennai.

4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13896 of 2018 dated 13.06.2016 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court, Chennai, in SC.No.295 of 2018, on the first working day of August, 2018 and thereafter, on all hearing dates, without fail, unless his absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C.
