ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondent is calling the petitioners frequently based on the complaint lodged by one Rathnamma and under the guise of investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Rathnamma has given complaint as against these petitioners and based on the said complaint the respondent called the petitioners for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry only, the petitioners have filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.
