Application No.3833 of 2021 filed to permit the applicant to take substitute service through paper publication in one issue of local daily in English and in vernacular language (kanada) where the defendant resides and also for permission to affixture on the court notice board and last known residence of the respondent.

2.Considering the efforts taken by the plaintiff to serve the notice on the respondent which ended in futile, this application for substitute service as prayed is allowed.

3.The plaintiff shall take paper publication in one issue of Times of India and in any Kanada daily, which is widely circulated within the jurisdiction of the last known residence of the defendant for appearance on 30.11.2021, either in person or through counsel. Call the matter on 30.11.2021.
