ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.712 of 2016 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.712 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
