ORDER
This revision has taken out by the plaintiffs seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.63 of 2008 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur. The Revision petitioners are the plaintiffs, have filed a suit for partition and separate possession of the schedule mentioned property.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that in the said suit for partition, the defendants are protracting the proceedings by taking out some interlocutory application and that even at this stage, preliminary decree has not
been passed despite the suit has been filed way back in the year 1999.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in this revision, the learned Judge, District Munsif Court, Villupuram shall expedite the trial in OS. No.63/2008 and in any event, depose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 19.12.2025.
5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

C.R.P.No.2577 of 2025 P.B. BALAJI , J., Today, this matter is listed under the caption 'For being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at paragraph no.4 of the order dated 26.06.2025 disposing of this civil revision petition, instead of "the District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur", being directed "the District Munsif Court, Villupuram" has been wrongly directed to expedite the trial in O.S.No.63 of 2008 and further, at the same paragraph, the word "dispose" has been wrongly typed as "depose". Hence, the learned counsel seeks rectification of the pointed out errors.
3. This Court accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, paragraph no.4 of the order dated 26.06.2025 shall read as under:
"4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the
petitioners in this revision, the learned Judge, District Munsif Court, Sriperumbudur shall expedite the trial in OS. No.63/2008 and in any event, dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 19.12.2025."
4. Except the above changes, the order dated 26.06.2025 remains unaltered.
5. Registry is directed to make necessary correction and issue a fresh order copy in the main Civil Revision Petition at the earliest. 08.07.2025 jd
