ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2020 and to direct to measure his property and issue patta in respect of his property situated at Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, Panchal Village bearing survey No.314/3, 2.16 acres at Sri Ram Nagar, bearing plot No.32. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2020 to survey his property situated at Tirupattur Taluk, Tirupattur District, Panchal Village bearing survey No.314/3, 2.16 acres at Sri Ram Nagar, bearing plot No.32 after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
