This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17106 of 2022 on 26.07.2022, that the petitioner should report before the Trial Court, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 04.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
