This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 15.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16439 of 2022 that the petitioner shall stay at Athur and report before the Athur Town Police Station daily at Morning 10.30 a.m., and Evening 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at Morning 10.30 a.m. and Evening 5.30 p.m., for a period of six weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
