This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15898 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for the period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required instead of Inspector of Police, Tiruchengode Town Police Station, Namakkal District concerned.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 29.08.2022 Lpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.
