This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.

3. Today, Mrs.P.Thamizhchelvi, W-HC 543, DCB, Dharmapuri District, is present before this Court.

4. On the complaint given by one Rani, petition enquiry is pending in File No.30955 of 2018 before the respondent. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
