This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 20.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14361 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 22.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14361 of 2022. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition for modification and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.07.2022. Even then the petitioner failed to execute the sureties. That apart, the petitioner is having twenty four previous cases. Therefore, the prosecution has also taken steps to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to extend the time to the petitioner to execute sureties. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
