The learned counsel for the petitioner made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file application to transfer the proceedings in O.S.No.3382 of 2016 from the file of XIV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai to the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruvarur, where O.S.No.37 of 2015 is now pending.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
