This petition is filed to dispense with the production of original certified copy of the petition in R.L.T.O.P.No.186 of 2022 on the file of the XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai, for the present.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reason adduced by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispense with the production of original certified copy of the petition, is not acceptable.

4. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, permission is granted to the petitioner to file the certified copy of the petition within four weeks.
