This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1269 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 28.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 04.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
