This petition has been filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking to terminate the mandate of the arbitration proceedings pending before the second respondent.

2. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondent that the claim made by the respondent against the petitioner before the Arbitral Tribunal has been withdrawn.
