Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5529 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16615 of 2019 dated 17.09.2020.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.P.YUVARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.5529 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.16615 of 2019, this Court had relaxed the condition imposed on the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 17.09.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on First Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet, thereafter appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
