This petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed parties as respondents 3 to 5 in W.P.No.21186 of 2022.

2. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the proposed parties are necessary parties and hence this petition is ordered and the proposed parties are impleaded as respondents 3 to 5 in W.P.No.21186 of 2022.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the cause title and post W.P.No.21186 of 2022 on 01.09.2022.
