The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue patta to the petitioners name for the property bearing vide Survey No.1/3 to the extent of 3.50 acres and in Survey No.1/2 to the extent of 3.00 acres on considering representation dated 11.06.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property in Survey No.1/2 to the extent of 3.00 acres, Thirukkazhukundram Taluk and Nerumbur Panchayat, Chengalpattu District. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 11.06.2022, for issuance of patta. However, till date no orders have been passed. Hence, this writ petition is filed with the aforesaid prayer.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Today, this Writ petition is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the order dated 02.09.2022 made in W.P.No.23152 of 2022 in Para No:6 there is some correction and accordingly prays for appropriate orders.
3. In view of the above, the Paragraph No.6 in the order dated 02.09.2022 made in W.P.No.23152 of 2022 to be read as follows: "6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs."
