No. 24654 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police in CSR.No. 380 of2018 within a stipulated period of time.

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to register the complaint and file a final report in the light of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP. No. 24654 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Crl.OP. No. 24654 of 2017 dated 15.11.2017, the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed on 25.07.2018. A copy of the closure report was also furnished to the petitioner. Further a copy of the closure report has now been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner of law.
