..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 4 correct the petitioner's wrongly mentioned survey No.239/2A2A1 instead of actual survey No.239/2A2 at the relevant government records of the land admeasuring an extent of 1 acre and 04 cents comprised in present survey No.239/2A2A1 situated at Adhigathur Village, Tiruvallur District by considering petitioner representation dated 03.06.2026.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 03.06.2026 before the respondents to correct the wrongly mentioned survey No.239/2A2A1 instead of actual survey No.239/2A2 at the relevant government records of the land admeasuring an extent of 1 acre and 04 cents comprised in present survey No.239/2A2A1 situated at Adhigathur Village, Tiruvallur District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
