Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Honble Court by order dated 25.04.2018 made in the Crl.M.P.No. 6473 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 23957 of 2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BHARATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6473 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23957 of 2017 on 25.04.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6473 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23957 of 2017 on 25.04.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.6473 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23957 of 2017 on 25.04.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
