Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition petitioner show report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16297 of 2018 order dated 26/06/2018 in Cr.No.389 of 2018.[CRL.MP.NO.9712/2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN Advocate for the petitioner and of ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.16297 of 2018 on 26.06.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16297 of 2018 on 26.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.16297 of 2018 on 26.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
