This Petition has been filed to recall the order of the quash dated 29th of July, 2020 and thus restore the proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.3280 of 2020 in Crime No.126 of 2015, thereby quashed the FIR registered in Crime No.126 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, this petition is ordered and the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3280 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020, is hereby set aside and restored on file.
