This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1267 days in representing the second appeal.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner/appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 07.09.2023".

3. Post the matter on 14.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
