This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing sureties granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13855 of 2026 dated 05.06.2026 in Crime No.15 of 2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to execute the sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 05.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.No. 13855 of 2026 and no further extension of time will be granted.
