Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 716 days in filing the Writ appeal against the order dated 11.09.2018 made in W.P.No.5249 of 2009(CMP.No.14611 of 2020)
*vide court order dated 25/2/2022 made in CMP.Nos.1907 of 2022 & CMP.14671 of 2020 in WA.SR.No.94364 of 2020(SVNJ & MSQJ ) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MYTHREYE CHANDRU, Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and of M/S.R.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, to condone the delay of 470 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Considering the averments made in the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the appellant pays a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand Only] to the Anandam Home for Senior Citizens, Anna Street, Gangai Nagar, Kallikuppam, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053. Mobile Nos.9444953268 / 9710446131 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, petition to condone the delay, would stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
3. On payment of costs within the stipulated period and production of receipt, Registry is directed to number the Writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
4. C.M.P.No.14611 of 2020 is ordered, accordingly.
