Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the ist respondent in relating to the impugned order reference G.O.Ms.No. 337 dated 15.10.2008 health and Family Welfare (FAP 1/2) Department and quash the same and further direct the respondents to absorb the CMLT candidates who have been working as a Lab Technician in the TANSACS and the Lab TEchnician working int he RNTC as per their seniority in service in the post of Lab Technician Grade III without any discrimination.
