O R D E R
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.03.2025 for migration of the route under the new Comprehensive Mini Bus Scheme, 2024, in respect of the route "Namamalai to Nagaramalai Adivaram (Pole Midas)" by notifying it in the gazettee.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. Admittedly, the petitioner is a Mini bus operator under 1999 scheme. The Government introduced the 2024 comprehensive scheme, by permitting the existing operators under the 1997 and 1999 schemes to switch over to the New scheme. Therefore, the petitioner applied for migration under the new scheme with a modified route "Namamalai to Nagaramalai Adivaram" with a total distance of 23.6kms. Thereafter, the first respondent vide communication, dated 01.04.2025, directed the petitioner to submit a route map specifying the starting point and terminal points of the existing route. Pursuant to the communication of the first 2/4
respondent, the petitioner on 20.04.2025, submitted the route map specifying the starting point and terminus of the existing route. Since, no action was taken by the respondents, the petitioners has approached this Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 18.03.2025, and pass orders, taking into consideration the route map submitted by the petitioner on 20.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
