ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC r/w section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957 in Cr.No.1013 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not named as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in accordance with law.
