CR.NO. 139 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police concerned daily at 5.30 pm until further orders in Connection with Crl.O.P.No. 16392 of 2018 order dated 27.6.2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Bangalapudur police Station, Erode district. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAJAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16392 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30.p.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16392 of 2018 dated 27.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., every Saturday at 5.30.p.m. until further orders. -sd/- 26/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
