This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 149 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the judgment made in STC.No.3018 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore dated 12.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 149 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
