Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2020 seeking to restore the patta of the petitioner's lands comprised in S.No.885/3 having an extent of 3.01 Acres, situated at Poongulam Village, Tirupattur Taluk.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 21.08.2020 and to restore the patta of the petitioner's lands comprised in S.No.885/3 having an extent of 3.01 Acres, situated at Poongulam Village, Tirupattur Taluk.

2.The petitioner has preferred a representation dated 21.08.2020 to the respondents, for correcting certain entries in the revenue record.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and made a statement on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

instructions, that the said representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the first respondent vide his proceedings dated 11.01.2021.

5. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

6.In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the first respondent dated 11.01.2021, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
