ORDER

The present application has been filed to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- per month respect to their illegal occupation in the suit property as approximate mesne profit, from the date of receipt of the legal notice on 01.03.2022, till the date of handling over the vacant suit property to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present application in A.No.3720 of 2025 in C.S.No.68 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
